KEWL LLC LAUNCHES NEW TWEEN BRAND, "KEWL"

Brand rollout begins with quarterly promotional copies of KEWL magazine in Tween Retail Destinations, followed by community website and merchandise. First Magazine Issue Features Zac Efron, All-American Rejects, Gwen Stefani, Drake Bell, Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale.

Burbank, Calif. - April 14th, 2007 - KEWL LLC has launched an all new brand for tweens, KEWL, with a celebrity music-driven branded magazine - KEWL Magazine. The brand focuses on positive messages instead of gossip, and uses vibrant, image driven layout to capture the spirit of today's tween culture.

The first issue of KEWL magazine, with over 500,000 copies shipped, will be available nationwide in retail outlets. KEWL features on the cover an A-List of talent from the worlds of music, television and movies, including Zac Efron (Disney's High School Musical, Hairspray), All-American Rejects, Gwen Stefani, SPG: The Slumber Party Girls (Geffen Records' Dance Revolution, KOL's Secret Slumber Party on CBS), Drake Bell (Nickelodeon's Drake & Josh), Miley Cyrus (Disney's Hannah Montana), Alfonso Herrera (RBD), Ashley Tisdale (Disney's High School Musical), and Jibbs (Geffen Records). In addition to featuring celebrities, KEWL offers fashion, quizzes, advice, horoscopes and posters. KEWL, LLC will publish the second issue of KEWL in June 2007. In conjunction with the magazine release, a daily updated corresponding website, www.kewlmag.com, launched this week features exclusive contests and user submitted content.

To celebrate the debut of KEWL, an exclusive launch event will be held on April 14th at the famous Gibson Baldwin private showroom in Beverly Hills, California with celebrity performances and appearances. Sponsors included Gibson, Pure Allure Crystal Collection, Izze Drinks, and more.

Additionally, KEWL brand will be licensed by DIC Entertainment under the younger variation, KEWLopolis, as the new name of its Saturday morning block of tween targeted shows on CBS this fall.
